ok I just got the skill about an hour ago and targeting aside the damage is weird.

The skill card says AP % when SM has the skill damage %.

Does the AP % represent the THROWING WEAPON AP? Im asking this because the skill gets a high boost in damage from using precise pitch alone.

If this is true refined weapons would be the best way to bring out extremely high damage. Also this would mean that DA would have a smaller impact on the skill.

Mobbing at SF3 at yeti, you never hit the mob, rarely. All you get is that one hit on that single yeti. Now, I'm not the least bit pessimistic, but seriously? No, I would not want this skill because it never hits where you want to.
In fact, I got fed up and master authority it and got Hide instead.

i was testing it out in pvp and based on previous statements in the other thread the aoe portion of the skill works if you target the enemy thats closest to you. the range and reason for it targeting other people isnt random, since i had 3 people stand in the same exact spot:

1st hit

hit only 2 and the 3rd wasnt targeted

2nd
same results

this shows there is some type of method for it to hit multiple targets. but the radius for which it does hit isnt 180, ive managed to hit DIRECTLY behind me (Targeting someone infront of me but managing to hit also a target behind me)

Blind Side? Dunno about that.
