Luck Lion?

Theres not too much information about making one of these but it looks like it could be a fun character and I'd like to try it but I need some help with spells and stat distribution as I know nothing about sense characters...

This is the kind of spell build I was looking at, I Like the idea of using guns and using AC equips rather than being like a luck fox and using DA equips...

Spells:
(Engineer)
Stone Strike ~ 10
Gun Carrier ~ 1
Invincible Reload ~ 1
Gun Booster ~ Master
Quick Reload ~ 1
Lucky Seven ~ Master
Compound Master ~ Master

(Inventor)
Powershot ~ Master
Lucky Fist ~ Master
Double Shot ~ Master

(Cyber Hunter)
Aura Of Luck ~ Master
Landmine ~ Master

Points:
I know a 4/1/4/1 build would probably be best for damage here but I think I would be more likely to pick 3/1/4/2 for the extra hp and defense, at level 101 this would give:
Ap: 318
AC: 69
LK: 25 (upto 50 with the 400 points)
HP: 1620
HV: 12

Its a loss of 6 AC for a gain of 750 HP + more defense and Hv too.

What i need to know is would this work or would it just be a waste of time? Are the kind of equipment it would need available (AC/LK)?

If anyone could work out some damage comparisons to a regular lion and some lucky fist damage i'd be very thankful :)

Compound Master ~ Master <-- I'd suggest you put this off until you have enough points to get EVERYTHING else you'll need (say, TM190 -.-). We have received mixed reviews about this skill, and might not be worth the points.

(Cyber Hunter)
Aura Of Luck ~ Master
Landmine ~ Master
Everything else looks okay. You might want to squeeze in Heavy Carrier lv10 or Master somewhere in there when you have extra points, though; it's very handy when you're drilling or grinding for a long time. Also, Sticky Icky could be useful for PvP/GvG.

The reason why is cause base-AC... isnt worth a damned thing. If your a gunner, your AC comes from equips.
GET SHOOTING SPREE IN 2ND JOB >__> Add that in Cath's skill list and you'll be fine.

Oh shat I didn't notice he didn't have Shooting Spree! D<

Spree is the reason I turned gunner, lol. Get Spree mastered after Powershot; it will definitely help you grind (and earn the ire of other classes). I'd also say you prioritize Double Shot before Lucky Fist, since PS+DS+SS will be your standard training comb.

Thanks to both of you for your responses I am very surprised ~ but happy (hp <3) that you say go for a 1/1/4/4 build, is the base AC really that worthless? Is equipment that gives both ac and luck easy to come across?

I will take your suggestions and switch compound master for shooting spree, I did plan for this to be my compounding character but I'll take faster levelling over that
