Level 71 Lion asking for help

This is the range Laggy said would slow down, and, after that great Electric Snail quest, it really, really has. I'm 3142 Gunner Level 71 TM Level 61 (almost 62) Lion. Anyone have any suggestions for where to train, for regular or (preferably) TM levels? (I'd rather work for Shooting Spree really. I've done all the card quests available.)
