Sticky Icky is better. Get it before Shield Breaker.

I don't think Sticky fails as much or at all. It lowers HV and LK a lot, and doesn't have a 4 second cast time like Shield Breaker.

Shield breaker is useful if you're a Lion trying to debuff a coon doing 25k One pair in gvg :< Overall, icky is better though XD

Sticky icky is a good skill like KzTxl7 and Piekun said. The only problem is do you have enough LK to back up the skill?
2xx LK [ maybe even 3xx ] will be low to reduce the HV of any player by a lot.
[ Most people I duel usually have decent HV, but then again I'm melee and not AC ]
The LK reduction on another player depends. Powers and charms usually have low LK, so that's fine. When dueling sense and magic, it just becomes who has the most LK. If you can't reduce their LK to the point of where they miss more than hit and you still can't hit them, icky is a waste of time to cast.

Shield breaker...I don't know since I don't use guns to duel. I have seen it in PVP and the cast time seems kinda slow. By the time it finishes casting, I could have casted an icky and used SS+SM.

Think about how you duel and how well you can back up those two skills.

lol you wouldn't have time to debuff a coon like that since they always target lions. The good side of that is if they're doing that much damage with one pair, they're AP. So just DS/PS and hope they die. AP Charms<3
