Okay just to kill da boredom XD I wanna know where your in game names comes from 8D I'll go first >:3

Wokiiee first i start with my forum name Crestfallen.. before i played TO i was hooked on DOTA a lot (Defense of the Ancients). At that time my favorite char to play with would prolly be crystal maiden who's name is "Rylai Crestfall". During the noob days.. i get killed easily due to lack of skills and strats XD and most of the team members who i play with would usually say.. Ohhh ***s.. Crest has fallen.. so i decided to merge Crest and Fallen and became crestfallen XDD

As for Velora Vie.. Okieee.. i played champions of norrath before on ps2. There was this character in it called Firiona Vie.. Velora is just a name that i wanted to give to my daughter. So yet again. i combined stuff and became Velora.Vie 8D yeah initials would be VV

Catharsis:

The term in drama refers to a sudden emotional breakdown or climax that constitutes overwhelming feelings of great pity, sorrow, laughter or any extreme change in emotion that results in the renewal, restoration and revitalization for living.

Using the term 'Catharsis' to refer to a form of emotional cleansing was first done by the Greek philosopher Aristotle in his work Poetics. It refers to the sensation, or literary effect, that would ideally overcome an audience upon finishing watching a tragedy (a release of pent-up emotion or energy).

I think only one person in TO knows that I write fiction. The stories I weave is usually angst-ridden and ends in tragedy. Thus the word "catharsis": it is what my humble pen hopes for from my readers when I finish each story.

And yes, obviously I'm decently versed in Greek literature and philosophy. ^^v

On the more personal side, I have issues with letting go. I hoard all positive and negative emotions like a desperate Scrooge, and it takes me a while to just... let go. Catharsis as the act of purging one's excess emotions is a very lengthy (and difficult) process for me. Hence, the name. Ironically enough, my emotional struggles surface in my writings. o__o;

As stated many times. The name Frova comes from a drug for menstrual headaches. Before the job I have now I work as a pharmacy tech and ever since working as one I always thought that some of the names they give these drugs were kind of cool and original. So when I got on Trickster and made my first character, I sat down with my drug book and just flipped through the pages and picked a name I liked. Frova was the name I picked. (I did not bother to check what it was for. >.<) Anyway that’s the story behind Frova.

Anyway -|Absolute|- : Well I knew I wanted my very first character to be a buffalo(when eto started) so I thought of some powerful adjectives..Finally I took Absolute, as in Absolute power or something >_>.It sounded cool too. The -| are because I couldnt use exactly the same name as my first buffalo(which I lost during re-register period).

My forum nick is basically my real life nickname by which my friends call me, its a short of my surname, in a way. :) As for the character, when I was creating my Sheep, I didn't want some overly formal name, wanted something a bit more funny, or funky. :) So I tried Funky, it was taken so changed into teh leet Funkee (though now I think Funkay could have been even better. ). For comparison, I have a fox named Soxy, because it rhymes with Foxy. :)

well, long long ago before eTO was out, there was a group of very closed friends on MS who were sick and tired of the bad community and the hackers. So one day, when we heard about TO, we all decided to just play TO instead. "OMG, drilling system sounds fun" the ranger exclaimed. "O_o I want to carry a gun," said the LightWiz ...you know how it goes...
But then, we need a way to stay in touch in TO so we would recognize each other, right? Fortunately, most of us enjoyed talks about food, especially at really late night, so we decided to name chars with food names just so we can recognize each other. Then, to be more unique, we decided to add "mmm" infront of the food name also.
When eTO was first came out, ppl could see a bunch of mmm's [mmmJello, mmmSteak, mmmCookie, mmmDumpling etc.] running around xD
Now sadly there are only 2 original "mmm" clan members left over, mmmJello and mmmDumplings since the rest of us "grew up" and became too busy (and OBSESS) w/ making money ..however once in awhile you will see mmmPanCakes ...our new clan member... around <33

Uh my nick came from a TV show I was watching @ 8 years old, medabots, there was this character called Cyandog whom I liked but at that age I couldn't spell sooo.. it became Syandog, then after playing a mmorpg, people would call me Doggy, so I decided to become Syandoggy, uh if you find some random mmorpg, you'll probably find me, as Syandoggy.

Serathion came from, when I was trying to think of a suitable name for some guy in this mmorpg where I was supposed to have killed a dragon, I tred DragonThorn, so it kinda meant, pain to dragons, but it had been taken, then I changed dragon to Serpant, which became SerpantThorn, then I shortened it to become Serathorn, which became, Serathion.

Thalestris - one of the amazons from Greek myth. Thalestris was a dragon. I thought it was hilarious.

Freyalise - one of the planeswalkers from Magic. I r nerd. My MapleStory name was Freijalise, and I just went with that.

Hyades - A star cluster named after nymphs thought to bring rain. I don't know why I end up naming all my dragons after girls.
