one day i finally finished patching my TO.. so yay wanted to log in.. guess what??

My account has been blocked =.= so yeah.. i have no idea wtf is going on! I havent logged in for about 2-3 months? And my account gets locked? Dangnabit.. i sent a 1:1 support on the very same day.. which is 3/11/07

till today! it still states that its being processed. so whats goin on with TO?
