Tech 4 Parties.

Tech4 parties have been extremely rare for me in the past few days/week, so this is what its basically come down to.

I'm a Level 248 Dragon that would cooperate with Special and Royal parties as long as those fit within my level range. Even those a few levels out of my range can post their IGNs despite their class here since it's likely (and hopefully) there will be a bridge around. Tap3 also works well, though Tech4 seems to be the most popular.

I'm in the EST timezone and I'm often on in the afternoon, evenings, and nights.

I'm sorry to say this, but maybe you should try moving on to a tapasco party. You could form a small club to get it started, and let it build from there. :)
