I was simply pressing the exit reservation button before the last round so I didn't forget, but instead I accidentally pressed the wrong button. Like I already mentioned before, I knew Kamyu had a Spicy Dragon Card which she hadn't yet played at the time. If I was to use chance purposely, that would be a great error on my part because the best neutral card out at the moment is Hunter Master (aside from like one Don Guivannie someone has) and she could counter it with her Spicy Dragon which she had not yet played and easily win that round. Do you think I'm that stupid? That after so many games I've played I'm unable to predict that predictable move? Why don't you just accept that maybe I actually did misclick. The fact that my Sephira was hidden has nothing to do with it. I planned on playing it normally against Kamyu's Hunter Master, because I knew she'd use one at some point during the battle. Also, Sephira has more MP than most #12 cards that people play (ex Mud Bigfoot, Roaster) and allows me to play different #13 cards (ex Levi, Mad Ray). By making my Sephira visible at the beginning of the battle would be ignorant on my part, because then she would be expecting me to use it and would know that I'm not hiding another card such as Hunter Master behind there. You're not even one to judge this situation... How do you know I didn't misclick? Were you standing right beside me when this happened? Is there not even the slightest possibility that my mouse is in fact bad? Do you think you have some PHD in Human Psychology and have the ability to read me through the internet? How do you know I'm not lying? What If I really am telling the truth? You talk about impersonating a lawyer in your arguments. If this was a real courthouse (which it is not) all your evidence would be considered circumstancial. You might want to consider that. Next time, how about you try to control yourself and not go on an endless rant rampage against someone regarding an issue that doesn't involve you in the least.

Especially since Yeti and Leviathan have been getting around, Kamyu often replaces it. 3. I've played you. Many times. You simply have no idea who I am. 4. PhD? Not quite yet, it would take another 5-6 years. However, my primary interest in Card Battle is indeed the psychology of it. If you so wish, you could look me up on the studentdoctor.net psych forums. 5. Circumstantial evidence is certainly valid, if not finite. Some might claim that the majority of all evidence is circumstantial. Ask any friends studying law, if you have any. 6. I honestly doubt Kamyu wouldn't use Spicy, and she did end up using it just as I thought she would. You'd be lying if you said expected her to not use Spicy. "my mouse was ******ed" and "I misclicked" are the exact same things (the word in stars was retarted, mind the typo - the automatic post filter filtered it). My mouse being bad led to me misclicking. Are you incapable of making that connection? Seeing as you act like you're some super-intelligent, all-knowing university student, I assume you would be able to comprehend that. I doubt you were with Kamyu during that card battle. If Kamyu decides not to rant then leave it at that. It has absolutely nothing to do with you. Get over yourself.

And I do find it interesting how Kyuu isn't the one making a big fuss out of this, but rather other people who seem to be in here just to flame Blue. Humans mke errors. And if it is possible for him to undo his error (exiting to prevent loss of Sephira), why shouldn't he do so? Even in real life, as one of you compared Blue's mistake to, if you can undo an error or a mistake, I believe you will do so. I've played with Blue before and he isn't the person to chance in a risky situation. Sure some of you say it's a "tactical" play gone wrong on Blue's part, but like Blue said, why would he chance his card with a Spicy in play? And if you really assume that Kyuu will counter with a Hunter Master, then I question your card skills. Why go for a draw when a Spicy can beat it without a doubt? |

I run out of time while picking cards sometimes. I don't understand why people like you cannot accept that maybe I actually did misclick. People can make mistakes. Yes, I admit I exited, but only due to my misclick. If I played that Sephira purposely, I would have absolutely no problem losing it. Most card battlers would be lying if they said they've never exited before. I know tons of myTrickster members who have exited on me in the past, but I don't go on endless rants about them. It's simply not worth my time. However, I guess people like Spectre and lawlzer have absolutely nothing better to do and feel the need to make their ego bigger. Arguing with someone off the internet is like yelling at a wall. People like you are unable to consider the other sides of the argument. You both go ahead and continue to flame me. I really don't care. I don't have to defend myself to a bunch of random e-flamers who get their kicks from attempting to degrade others online.

I am surprised that a moderator or adminstrator has not intervened, yet, and put an end to all this spam. >_> Meh, I am terribly frightened of card games. I like to collect the cards, because the colors are nice and look pretty when organized in my storage box. Haha, so my record is 0-0. Someday, however, I hope to gather enough courage to use my cards and battle, like a true warrior, bua ha ha ha xD

To quit a game to prevent yourself from losing the card is bad sportsmanship (as it is circumventing the inherent drawback of using chance). If your mouse is whacky, then you assume responsibility for CHOOSING to play with it knowing that random errors could occur. I'm a psych student myself (just got my B.S. a few months ago) but I didn't need to use it to aruge a case in philosophical reasoning. Ackum's Razor and all that. An important finding in social psychology is that people trust their own reasoning and judgement to be correct, but their actual abilities do not merit this confidence when put to the test. This is also why a jury of your peers is most definitely NOT a fair and balanced decision making body. They will trust eye-witness testimony more than an analysis of the evidence... and cognitive psychology has found that eye-witness testimony is VERY inacurrate. Something as simple as an eyewitness being attractive or ugly can decide the fate of an accussed man's life. What was this topic about? Win/Loss records? I'm about half and half. I'm a little behind in wins because my first 20 matches were mostly losses (how else you gonna learn?). |
