From the looks of it, Red Team had around 12~ people while Blue Team only had 6. Also, I think there's only 3 Dragons in that party. The bottom portrait looks like a Fox.

They had 10, the beginning text displays the 10 names of the people in the red team. They outnumbered the blue team.
The party was split 6 and 4, the melee was partied with a few buffalo a cat for sure, and I saw 1 bunny.
The 2nd team had 3 dragons and 1 fox. This was to allow the lucky day buff to only be used for the dragon team, which is useful as accuracy is very handy. You're right about the fox portrait being the last one, it just looks similar because they have the same hair color: purple.

Is it just me or did the Fox go invisible after casting Lucky Day, only to come out again when he had to recast it?
