hey guys, i never really attempted making videos for a game before, but here's something i threw together in windows movie maker. my character is a raccoon, called Gethsemane, currently level 110. my build is 4114, with all points into AP. i like to lean on the strength of my power blow a lot, so i have been using sharp swords mostly. but also, i have decided to use luck gear whenever i'm training or grinding. without luck gear, my base luck is 6, which doesn't really help much. but with my luck gear, i get a total of 30 luck. this video will show you what that does for me ^_^ oh, and i don't play with sound on, so i picked a very random song to accompany the video. hope you recognize it and grin. ;P if you don't recognize it... you are deprived :O
hahaha enchante. XD you fooled me there for a sec until i saw your sig.. and then your avatar! i was thinking of what song to put in the background and was rummaging through my folders, when i came across 'my neighbor totoro' and i started to reminisce my childhood and just had to use it, rofl. totoro is sooo oold, almost as old as me. o_O
@d3vil2pirat3: yea, i guess i dont snap for regular atk, cuz i usually lead with powerblow anyway. what about it? o_O
i use full snap on my mage and no snap on my fox and it just feels weird alternating doesnt it feel weird to have like snap half the time and normal the other half? o.o
either way is fine for me, i just get used to it. the only time i want snap for sure, is when i'm picking up items. sometimes they're small and hard to click. ~_~
just try it, the function of snap is just like the name, it automatically "snaps" to whatever you set it on. it'll be much easier if you just try it but if you carefully watch the movie you can notice that the cursor moved to the center of the monster whenever he had used a skill but was normal otherwise.
@sinned: just look in my video, whenever i activate powerblow and i move my cursor towards the monster, the cursor magically targets onto the center of the monster. the best example i can see in my video is at 1:27~1:51. snap basically makes your cursor attract to things nearby like magnets. go test it out. useful for picking up items.
