Actually,watching it again(After drilling for 20 and a half levels of TM) I noticed a simple flaw-You said you can't drill in the same area after a while.

It's true that in some places this happens,but there are certain areas in each map where you only have to walk a few steps away and then back and forth. ;3
Usually in a smaller part near a bridge...

But,if you meant one square of drilling,than nevermind. You can never drill in one square for too long. ;P
