I believe thats Mana Storm. In fact, that sheep was using all three first job spells, which is kind of odd to me o.o

Not that odd for us because most of the sheep who got to really high levels before 2nd job came out got al l3 spells and heck if you have the tm you might as well use it. And yupp its water/lightning using pawnful 3rd job spells.
