Did anyone else see the upcomming pet upgrade announcement?

You get "free" ones from recharging myshop. They'll be implemented after the 26th so people can use their free points from their 30 poppuri accounts.

Edit: I think I mighta been thinking something like... they removed him from Gacha, and thinking he was never coming back T-T people spent lotta coin trying to get the loveable guy. Just to have him return after they add a thing called "Flicker Drills" which makes it easier to drill him up. (Last time, I drilled up a crud load of pots, elixirs, and useless accessories trying to get him. Recently, on my secondary account made so I can play with 6 chars on one world, I got him on first drill with the flicker.)

I really wish they had added the Flicker drill to Gacha before the Bastet town. Omg, so pissed that I only needed the Bastet pet and spent 110 coins on that stupid town.

I, for one, am totally not interested in the pet training thing. Fusion would be a much better way to go.

THIS IS NOT PET UPGRADE!

It is the Pet CHAOS system. But people get mixed up by these two systems:

- The Pet CHAOS system: Using Multi-colored Vitamins and/or Lock from Myshop, you simply gamble your pets' stats 'hoping' for it to be better. Remember, the stats may also go down! Pretty much like Nate's compounding system, just with pets. You may spend loads of vitamins just to get the stats you want on the pet, until you are satisfied. (Other words = Spend more cash peeps!)

Where as...

- Pet LEVELING system: Pets in egg forms are available in Myshop. Not ALL pets are available in egg form, but several popular/special ones are. They are separated in 4 levels (New born, Junior, Intermediate, Master levels). Depending on the starting level on the pet, the highest level is known as Lv100 or so, each level making the Level requirement go up by 10 (Higher the level, better stats). More pets are still coming, so there will possibly be more higher level pets in the future. In other words, you can 'master' your newborn pet, just like skills. You can expect the stats to be quite godly at Master level.

NOTE: ONLY PETS FROM EGGS MAY BE TRAINED. Use the Chaos system if you're using other pets (Not 'upgrade-able', but you may change the stats depending on the ranges).

I'm sorry OP, but this is not the Pet Upgrade system. I know what you mean, but your title can really confuse people with the two different pet systems. It is specifically called 'Pet-training system' according to eTO, but the original/most appropriate name for this system would be "The Pet-stat Changing (chaos) system".

I hope people won't mix up those two system again, it really bugs me.

Bah, just another gimick to get money. I wish they would add something for the game outside of Myshop sometimes too. This is getting crazy.

Chaos Equips are notorious for their incredibly random stats. And also that Weapon Tempering uses Chaos Feathers to randomize (or improve/decrease, if you want to call it that) the stats.
