how do i chargeback myshop items???

i was told that i could charge back items from myshop...i was recently scammed and i dont care if i will get banned as long as elsinhoBR and IllegalFireArms dont get to have the items.....

If you file a chargeback just to get back at people you sold myshop to (you know the risks!), know that somewhere, someone will be repeatedly stabbing your effigy with a rusty fork.

What charging back does is take whichever expenditure you claim was fraudulent and undoes it. That means, if you spent like 50 bucks for 50k points and spent 2.7k to gift repair powders to a scammer and then chargeback that $50, that guy will get banned for $2.70, but I THINK you'll still have to pay that $47.30 that remains of that $50 to not also get banned...

Anyone else you gifted with that $50 or however much you actually spent will also be subject to a ban, too, though, I think.

Of course, if you spent cash to get points and only used those points to gift that one person (and charge back only that charge), only that person will get banned, I think...

From what I heard, to recover a banned account with a debt, you have to send in a money order, but one forum user, Rape, paid it and never got his account back, so... there's risk involved ._.

yea i agree with immahmong a high lvl scam me too...he's named was IllegalFireArms...and i bet elsinhoBR did the same thing to immahmong...i say dont sell myshop items to no one anymore...

Just chargeback the most recent transactions. If you got scammed out of $53, then file your last $60 of recharges as a chargeback. If you chargeback too many transactions, the payment people at Ntreev will think the card is still fraudulent and not accept recharges from it any more.

Anyway to chargeback, you must call up your Credit Card Company that you recharged the points with (the same ones you gifted the person). You have to state something like Ntreev didn't deliver your goods, Ntreev doesn't have a contact phone number, etc.

Both accounts will get banned and the bill will be the used points. If you recharge like 10k, and used 2.6k, then chargeback 10k, then the bill will be $2.60 to unblock the account and that $7.40 will be deducted from your MyShop balance. I hope that makes sense (correct me if this is wrong).

By the way, the more proper term is Payment Dispute. Normally you'll tell your credit card company "I would like to perform a payment dispute on _____________".

just make sure you have access to a U.S. money order, to get yourself unbanned

Its not like you would lose money...

You charge $15 and use $5 of it and get scammed out of $15. You have 5 left and 5 in items, chargeback (payment CANCELED)

So you have $5 in your balance and $5 in items. You pay the $15 legitly and have the $5 gift still on the person, the $5 balance, and the $5 in items... Ntreev will make a total of $20 for unbanning the accounts, when the charge was only $5
