blue feather from aphthys

Anyone can shed some light on this?

In the pyramid dungeon, Isis gives red feather (can compound fire resist), Aphthys drops blue feather (doesn't say what it does)

Is there a use for blue feather (besides selling them)?

blue feathers is used for mastering of skills before but due to recent patches, skill mastery requirement has been changed to card. hope this answers your question.
