I wanted to buy the Point Back 40 for my low lvl char so I don't have to remake.
I'ma turn my Racoon all HV instead of hybrid and he's only lvl 25 or so. I wasn't sure if using the item would give me back all my points from AP and HV or just one of those 2 ;-;. Help please?

u only llv 25 or so. just try making a new coon instead of wasting all that money. And i think u choose which stats u want back.

I'd have to agree to remake the character since you're only 25. But to answer your question, you pick which stat you want to remove points from.
