• All equips lv 20 and above can be tempered (excluding Pharaoh equipment)
• Stat range is from 70-130% of the original stats (variable stats are re-rolled)
• Cost item value x1.75 to temper (0 value = item level x100)
• 3x Chaos's Feather are used to temper an item.
• Chaos's Feather can be obtained from Party Quests
