I'm not 100% sure, but did jTO replace Ghost Blue with Mirage Island? After a look into jTO, it seems thats the case and that the monsters previously encoutered there will be removed and replaced with high level ones, also a new area called 'Chaos Tower' will be placed in that area? It makes sense, thats why it's taking so long to get Ghost Blue back.

Mirage Island seems to be completely seperate. Not only that but Chaos Tower is cTO->kTO I thought, and jTO doesn't have it yet? O.o; It ALSO seems that Chaos Tower is reached from near Coral Town o.o; Pyrofyr 13:53, 3 March 2008 (EST)

That makes some more sense, I had a look through jwiki for some info to see if it did have it, and it seems that they do. Yeah it looks like it's reached from the Coral Town, or a map of Coral, probably through a transfer. But for Ghost Blue, there is nothing indicating that is has anything to do with anything upcomming apart from getting itself an upgrade. I should of mentioned that I didn't go there or try to find it, just some general information I was being told.
